Terms & Conditions
Last updated July 21, 2026. This page is maintained by Laterr and describes the rules for using the service — plain language, no fine-print traps.
1. Who we are
Laterr ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered scheduling ecosystem for meetings, payments, logistics, sports, and follow-ups. This page describes the terms that apply when you use Laterr.
This page is maintained by Laterr to answer common questions about how the service works. It is not legal advice and it is not a certification.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use most of Laterr. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
Use Laterr for lawful, respectful scheduling. Don't use it to send spam, harass others, share illegal content, break into systems, or impersonate anyone.
We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, put other users at risk, or break these terms.
4. Plans, billing & trials
Laterr offers a free trial and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel from Settings.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply based on your location. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
5. Your content & data
You own the content you put into Laterr — meetings, notes, follow-up drafts, uploaded files. You grant us the permissions we need to store, display, and process that content so the product can work for you.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. When you delete your account, we remove your personal content on a rolling schedule, except where we're required to keep records by law.
6. AI features
Laterr AI can draft messages, parse natural-language requests, transcribe voice notes, and take actions on your behalf when you ask it to. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — please review anything important before acting on it.
You are responsible for what you send from your account, including messages Laterr AI drafts for you.
7. Third-party services
Laterr may connect to calendars, video conferencing, payments, maps, and messaging providers. Their own terms apply to those services. We're not responsible for outages or decisions those providers make.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Laterr running, but we don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Scheduled maintenance, outages, and rare data delays can happen.
9. Termination
You can stop using Laterr and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal, security, or safety reasons.
10. Disclaimers & liability
Laterr is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we don't make warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Laterr evolves. If changes are material, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms? Email hello@laterr.app and we'll get back to you.
