Laterr ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered scheduling ecosystem for meetings, payments, logistics, and sports. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

• Account data: name, email, username, avatar, timezone, role.
• Content you create: schedules, event types, availability, bookings, follow-up messages, chat prompts.
• Attendee data: names and emails of people you book with, provided by you or your attendees.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we store subscription status only.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.

• Deliver and improve the Laterr platform and its AI features.
• Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups).
• Detect abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.
• With your consent, send product updates and marketing.

Prompts and content you share with Laterr AI are sent to third-party model providers to generate responses. We do not sell your data and we do not permit providers to train foundation models on your content.

We share data with sub-processors (hosting, database, email, AI, analytics, payment) strictly to run the service, and with workspace members you invite. We disclose data if legally required.

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to satisfy legal, tax and security obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Subject to your local law (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable) you may access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, least-privilege access, and monitored infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and keep your device safe.

Laterr operates globally; your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.

Laterr is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, notified by email.
